hi friend,

I need to know do SA accepts/gives political stay? (assylum)

And is there any specific period of stay after which a foreigner is given SA nationality?

Does a foreigner becomes SA national after getting married there?

Thanks, you reply shall be appreciated.

Joseph.

It sounds like you are running from something or from someone. You must realize that these type of questions will come up during any asylum hearing. If you are a fugitive from justice, there is no guarantee that you will be granted asylum in South Africa or any other country.

Hey Tiger/other friends,

Thanks for responding back to my query. I'm not running from something or from someone. The reason I asked this question is that I know some countries in the world gives you the right to become their national after you stay there for a period of time not necessarily asylum.

In many countries around the world, if you marry a national of a particular country in this case you are also given a national status since your partner belongs to that country.

I need to know if I marry a South Africa girl, would i get south african nationality? Thanks and any comments on this shall be appreciated from our friends there in SA.

Joseph.

Yes you would.

Just be aware that due to the flood of illegal immigrants from other parts of Africa using this as a way in to South Africa (paying girls to marry them), there are measures being investigated to inhibit such practices.

Britain is probably the only European country that South African citizens do not require a visa to visit.

Most other countries do require a visa (Germany & Austria I know for certain).

Canada, USA, and Australia all require visas as far as I know.

No whites in Africa

I am from Jamaica and pray that Black Men in Africa unite, kill ethnic strife, honor and respect the black woman, have one child per household, work to take care of the land and animals and remove all white people from Africa. To free africa and the animals from bondage and exploitation all whites must be removed from Africa by any means necessary. We must be prepared to gives our lives for the liberation of Africa from Lucifers children.
