Do you mind if i handle this one willie ...? thanx
The question is, are you grumpy, or in a bad mood, when people see you and think this.
When someone walks into a room, have you ever noticed they have a way creating or changing the atmosphere in the room?
This is because of the energy that this person gives off. Without having to say a word, people can pick up on this energy as subtle as it may be.
your question was
"how do I become more outgoing in person? "
This statement shows that you beleive youself to not be outgoing. Right away there is your first problem. Do you know what afirmations are? When you make a statment about yourself, you are afirming it to be true.
So in afect with your statement, you are creating an energy about you, which reflects your beleif that you are not outgoing.
Maybe people are picking up on that energy.
If you changed your afirmation to be one of "I am confident and outgoing, and ready for good times" then you will start to reflect this as it will be your belief, this will filter into your enrgy field, and others will pick up on it.
Try it, it works...
Its all about beleiving in your self.
Good times

Jaybang,
I agree about the energy we give off, and I am one that sences it about others, aswell, as I get vibes about others. However, I am not always grumpy, I just usually don't have a reason to smile. Everytime I talk, or try to be outgoing, I get slagged, tormented, so I have stopped. I didn't see the point, it was hurting to much, so now, I keep to myself, I would like to be out going, but there for I would have to be heavy into the bevvy...You see what I am saying. I have low self-esteem, and confidence....its slowly building back up, but its still low. I have a fear of being tormented as it almost killed me a few times. But thanks for the response, I will try to keep it in mind.

I don't drink that often anymore, I stopped that a couple of years ago. To act like I do on the net, its easier said then done.

I drink out of enjoyment, nothing else. I don't drink that often, and I'm glad I don't. I could have been in alot of trouble with that stuff, hehehehe I would have had loads of babies by now...LOL..but I don't of any, I would like some one day though, don't get me wrong.
