As we all know, in the faculties of private universities the dean and the rest of the visible authorities are a fake, as is also the respective centre of students, whose president works undercovered for his or her faculty. An obscure functionary exercises the real authority, whose power is not known by the alumni and professors. In the case of the Engineering Faculty of the Catholic Pontiff University of Argentina, the secret use of power has been in the hands of Liliana Landivar since 1983, a year from which she is the legal attorney for the faculty.
