Translation please for Valentines

Hi there form NZ

It's nearly Valentines day and I have just written something down for someone. My problem is that I would like it to be in Afrikaans and I only speck english.

So if someone out there would be so kind and help me to surprise someone!

Here it is:

Ingredients:
One kiwi girl
One South African guy
Method:
Twists and turns. Fate?
Result:
Friendship and love
The most mean ingredients in life.

The guy likes to cook lol. When I say "mean ingredients" it's slang of sorts to say "great!" or "Wicked"
