Could someone give me the correct pronounciation in these languages for the word 'battery'.
or 'car battery'. Is there maybe slang in Zulu, Xhosa or Sotho for a car battery?
Thanks for your help in advance.

battery=(Zulu)ilahle, this word was derived from PP9 PM9 radio batteries that used substances that look like coal inside, hence the elders called it ilahle.
I remember those PM9 batteries very well. Would iLahle be the word mostly used to describe any kind of battery? If I go to a car battery shop and ask for an Ilahle, would the guys know I mean car battery and not a radio battery?
