A Touch of Madness is a well known quirky restuarant in Observatory, Cape Town. Set in a century old victorian house, it is place to let your hair down and relax. The food is a eclectic blend of South African fusion. We cater to most tastes and palates.   Our cosy bar is the ideal location for a chat with friends or strangers. It funny how that happens here!We have a great whiskey and wine selcetion as well as the usual beer and spirits. We also cater for your next board meeting or birthday party. We have private rooms for your special occasion and can cater at your house as well.
