The very first Design Indaba was held in South Africa in the year 2006. Its unprecedented success has led to masses of entries for exhibitors' spaces for the 2008 Design Indaba Expo. Between the 23rd and 26th of February 2008, the Cape Town International Convention Centre will come alive with colorful and creative exhibits, showcasing local and nationwide talent and the latest trends. With over one thousand five hundred stores to explore while discovering new and innovative ideas, the Design Indaba is guaranteed to have something for everyone.

Cape Town is known as one of the South Africa’s most fashion and design conscious destinations, and it is only fitting that a world class event, such as the Design Indaba Expo, be held in a city that is teeming with creativity and artistic ability.
